NARAKA is a short animated film that immerses viewers in a dreamlike, surreal landscape where the pursuit of freedom becomes a haunting illusion. Drawing from my Ph.D. experience in learning human psychology and brain sciences, this film explores themes of escapism and free will, examining the paradox of seeking liberation within a confining dream.
Written, animated, directed, and produced by me. NARAKA is currently under review by major international film festivals. The complete film can be provided upon request.
As a passionate cat lover, I embarked on this project to capture genuine moments with cats and playfully challenge the ‘cat lady’ stereotypes. Through this work, I aim to celebrate the unique bond between people and their feline companions.
